Production Rates

Green Relish is a multi-zone production studio designed for commercial photography, film, and branded content—supporting both shooting and client experience within a single, flexible environment.

All bookings require a 50% deposit to confirm.

Proof of insurance is required prior to your rental, with $1M/$2M general liability coverage; full details will be provided upon booking.

All build and strike time must occur within the reserved rental hours.

Use of the space as a featured on-camera location or for multi-room productions may require an additional fee based on scope.

Maximum occupancy is 39 persons, unless otherwise approved or limited by fire code.

Still & Motion Shoots

$750 — 5 Hour Half Day

This focused, production-ready package is designed for efficient shoots that do not require full facility access. For expanded access to all rooms, see Full Studio rate below.
Includes: client lounge, bathrooms, and light kitchen use for craft service.

Half-day bookings are subject to availability and may not begin after 1:00 PM.

Main Stage
Up to 15 people

Main Stage, Client Lounge, Prep Kitchen (light use only), and Bathrooms (2)—providing dedicated zones for shooting, prep, and client hosting within a single, flexible environment.

Up to 25 people

Full exclusive access to Main Stage, Prep Kitchen (for culinary), Small Stage, Pitch Suite, Client Lounge, and Bathrooms (3)—providing dedicated zones for shooting, prep, and client hosting within a single, flexible environment.

Studio Rate vs Location Rate

Studio Rate applies to productions using the space as a controlled shooting environment (sets, seamless, or non-featured backgrounds).

Location Rate applies when the architecture, interiors, or furnishings of the studio appear on camera.

If the space itself appears on camera as part of the visual environment, the booking is billed as a location rental.

Additional Fees

  • Weekday overtime is $250 / hour, billed in one-hour increments

  • Weekend & holiday overtime is $350 / hour, billed in one-hour increments

  • Weekend bookings are 25% above weekday day rates

  • Trash Removal is priced by the cubic yard. A typical trash pick-up is $250.

  • Additional Power needs? An additional 400 AMP cam-lock electrical service is $250 per day.

  • Impact fee maybe assessed based on crew size, scope, and impact on the space

Green Relish occasionally hosts workshops, professional gatherings, and private events.

Date Holds

Production dates may be placed on temporary hold without deposit.

Held dates are subject to challenge. If another production requests the same date, the current hold will have 24 hours to confirm with deposit or release the date.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable but transferable as studio credit if cancelled at least 72 hours before the reservation start time.

Studio credits remain valid for 12 months from the original booking date.

Cancellations within 72 hours are not eligible for credit.
