Rates

All bookings require a 50% deposit to confirm.

General liability insurance is required.

All build and strike time must occur within the reserved rental hours.

Maximum occupancy is 39 persons, unless otherwise approved or limited by fire code.

Still & Motion Shoots

$1,050 — 5 Hour Half Day
Main Stage Only (No Prep Kitchen)

Half-day bookings are subject to availability and may not begin after 2:00 PM.

Studio Rate vs Location Rate

Studio Rate applies to productions using the space as a controlled shooting environment (sets, seamless, or non-featured backgrounds).

Location Rate applies when the architecture, interiors, or furnishings of the studio appear on camera.

If the space itself appears on camera as part of the visual environment, the booking is billed as a location rental.

Additional Fees

  • Each person over 25 is $50 per person per day

  • Weekend bookings are 25% above weekday day rates

  • Overtime is billed in one-hour increments

  • Weekday overtime is 1.5× hourly rate for hours 11–12 then
    2× hourly rate after 12 hours.

  • Weekend & holiday overtime is 2× hourly rate after scheduled rental period.

  • Trash Removal is priced by the cubic yard. A typical trash pick-up is $250.

  • Additional Power needs? An additional 400 AMP cam-lock electrical service is $250 per day.

Green Relish occasionally hosts workshops, professional gatherings, and private events.

Date Holds

Production dates may be placed on temporary hold without deposit.

Held dates are subject to challenge. If another production requests the same date, the current hold will have 24 hours to confirm with deposit or release the date.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable but transferable as studio credit if cancelled at least 72 hours before the reservation start time.

Studio credits remain valid for 12 months from the original booking date.

Cancellations within 72 hours are not eligible for credit.
