Designed for commercial shoots and creative productions, the space provides the scale crews need while maintaining the comfortable atmosphere that keeps production days running smoothly.

LIGHTING CONDITIONS
Six large west-facing windows with blackout shades and a floor-to-ceiling folding glass door provide ample natural light, with overhead worklights available when needed

POWER CAPACITY
6 × 20A wall circuits, 4 × 20A truss circuits, additional 20A circuits throughout support spaces. Optional 400A cam-lock service available for power distribution for larger productions (fee). NEC compliant.

FEATURES
The Main Stage features a 46-foot-wide open shooting floor with 18-foot bow-truss ceilings (trusses are 12’ AFF), polished concrete floors, and minimal obstructions. Equipped with multiple 20A circuits, overhead truss power, and optional 3 phase 400A cam-lock service, it supports a wide range of lighting and production setups. Ground-level load-in, fiber internet, and a controlled environment make it well suited for commercial production, photography, and video.

Prep Kitchen

Polished concrete floors, high bow-truss ceilings, and exposed brick give the kitchen a clean industrial character that reads well on camera, while still functioning as a practical production kitchen. This chef’s prep kitchen is designed to support food styling, tabletop photography, and is perfect for catering events.

Two large central islands on wheels anchor the space, surrounded by generous prep surfaces that provide plenty of countertop for stylists and assistants during a shoot. Professional equipment, ample refrigeration, and speed racks make it easy to move between recipe development, food preparation, and on-camera cooking.
