Production Notes

  • Client Lounge is commonly used for client holding, video village and production meetings

  • Bathrooms are directly adjacent to the stage and located within the rental footprint

  • Productions requiring additional space for Crew Catering or private office space for phone calls should consider the Production Office as and add-on.

  • Parking - there is plenty of free street parking in the neighborhood and public transportation nearby. There is also space for a grip truck in the alley just off the garage door.  If you have VIP or other parking requirements we can coordinate additional parking.

6 × 20A wall circuits, 4 × 20A truss circuits, additional 20A circuits throughout support spaces. 400A 208Y/120V, 3Ø, 5-wire cam-lock service available as an add-on for power distribution for larger productions. NEC compliant.
